Tokyo Tower

The Tokyo Tower is a tourist attraction and observation deck from which you can see all of Tokyo. The tower stands 1,093 feet high, and is very similar in structure to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. 

This post really needs no introduction, because the views from the tower are amazing. An absolute must go for anyone who ever visits Tokyo. 

The pictures above were all taken from the 1st (lower) observation deck. The pictures below were all taken from the top of the tower. 

Above is one is one of my favorites. That is Mt. Fiji in the background. 

To give some perspective the following 3 photos were taken on opposite sides of the observation deck. For as far as you can see in any direction is nothing but concrete. 

Tokyo is unbelievably huge. We have both been to the Empire State Building/Top of the Rockefeller Center and we both agree that Tokyo makes NYC look small.
